Why Accoya?

Accoya is sustainably grown softwood that's been acetylated — a non-toxic process that permanently changes the wood so it barely moves, won't rot, and shrugs off insects. The result is Class 1 durability (better than teak or oak outdoors) with exceptional dimensional stability, which is why it's the go-to for high-end joinery: external windows, doors, cladding and decking that need to stay dead straight and last decades.

What we supply

Supplied planed all round (PAR) to your specified finished sizes, machined to around ±0.5mm. Because it holds paint and stain so well and moves so little, Accoya is a joiner's dream to work with.
