Thomas Matthew Timber is a trading name of Thomas Matthew Kitchens Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 11692541). We do not see or store your card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, who handle your payment information under their own privacy policy.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order), to meet our legal obligations (tax and accounting), and for our legitimate interests (running and improving our business and preventing fraud).
We only share your information where necessary: with Stripe (payments), with the courier or pallet company delivering your order, and with our accountant. We never sell your data, and we don't share it for marketing.
We keep order and financial records for as long as the law requires — generally six years for tax purposes — after which they are securely deleted.
